Custom business software
We build the software to match reality.
Your numbers don’t match from one system to the next. Job photos live in someone’s phone. The rules are on paper, and everyone hopes they’re remembered. We learn how your business really runs and build the software around it, not the other way around.
01Then and now
Custom software used to be for big companies. Not anymore.
Cost
The old way: Priced for big companies, so everyone else made do.
Now: AI helps write the code, so a business your size can afford its own.
Time
The old way: Months or years before anyone saw a screen.
Now: A working first version in weeks. Often two or three.
Fit
The old way: You bent the business to fit an app someone else designed.
Now: The app fits how you already work.
Your files
The old way: Spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and people’s phones.
Now: In one place, filed under the customer and the job.
The rules
The old way: Written on paper. Everyone hopes they’re followed.
Now: The system enforces them, and checks each step.
Changes
The old way: Every change was a new contract and a long wait.
Now: Cheap to change, so it grows with the business.
02What we build
If your business runs on it, we can build it.
We’ve built full ERP, CRM, warehouse and logistics systems for manufacturing, sales, construction and service businesses, for over seven years. Any industry, any size.
Back office and operations
The day-to-day work, in one system instead of five.
Customers and sales
Every customer, every conversation, every follow-up.
Quotes and estimates
Built from your own prices and rules, in minutes.
Scheduling and dispatch
Who’s where, doing what, today and next week.
Inventory and warehouse
Stock you can trust without a recount.
Orders and logistics
From the order to the truck, entered once.
Documents and photos
Filed under the job, not in someone’s camera roll.
Reports and dashboards
This month’s numbers without asking three people.
Replacing what you have
Spreadsheets and old systems, moved over and retired.
03Example screens
Five made-up businesses. Real, working screens.
Pick one to try it. Yours would be built around your business, not copied from these.
- 01 / ConstructionJob trackerBudgets live in one spreadsheet, change orders in email, and job photos on whoever’s phone took them.
- 02 / Field serviceDispatch boardThe schedule is a whiteboard, and only the person standing in front of it knows who’s where.
- 03 / Wholesale and distributionOrders and inventoryOrders get typed in twice, and the stock count is right only on the day someone counts.
- 04 / ManufacturingCustomer portalCustomers call to ask where their order is, and someone stops work to look it up.
- 05 / Any businessOwner’s dashboardGetting this month’s numbers means asking three people and waiting for a spreadsheet.
04How it works
Weeks, not months. And not years.
Phase 1
Build it around how you work
We learn how you run things.
For something complex, we come and watch the business running. For something simpler, a phone call does it.
We write it down.
A plain project plan: what it will do and what it won’t. You review it and sign off.
You see it working.
Building starts as soon as you sign. A first version is usually up in two or three weeks, sometimes one.
We finish it together.
You try it, we change what doesn’t fit, and we finish the details.
It goes live.
One last review, then it launches on hosting in your own account.
Phase 2
Then put AI to work
AI takes on the office work.
Once the business runs on one clean system, AI agents can do real work in it: enter orders from purchase orders, review documents and emails, answer questions on your website. Each step gets checked, and an agent only sees what we give it access to.
05Pricing
Priced by the project, after we talk.
Many projects fall between $15,000 and $30,000. A five-person shop and a two-hundred-person distributor need different things, so the real number comes after we talk.
We price each project after a first call, once we know what it needs. Where we can, it’s one price for the project, not an hourly meter.
The software is yours. Hosting runs in your own account and you pay for it directly. If you’d like us to keep it running, we do that for a fee.

Describe it in your own words. We read every one and reply within 1–2 business days.
